Mini Dental Implants
Narrow-diameter implants that can stabilize a loose denture or replace a small tooth with a less invasive procedure.
Mini dental implants are smaller in diameter than standard implants. They are most often used to hold a lower denture firmly in place, or to replace a small tooth where space is limited. Because they are narrower, placement is usually less invasive.
IS IT RIGHT FOR YOU?
Mini implants may suit you if your denture slips when you eat or speak, if you want a less involved procedure, or if a standard implant isn't the best fit for the space.

What to Expect
After an exam and 3D imaging, the mini implants are placed in a short visit with local anesthesia. Your denture is then fitted with small attachments that snap onto the implants.

How long is recovery?
Most patients return to normal activities quickly. We'll give you specific care instructions after your visit.
