All-on-X Dental Implants
A full arch of fixed teeth supported by a small number of implants, for patients missing most or all of their teeth.
All-on-X replaces an entire upper or lower arch with a fixed bridge anchored to several dental implants. Unlike removable dentures, the new teeth stay in place, so you can eat, speak and smile with confidence. Treatment is planned by Dr. Ramy Habib, a board-certified periodontist and dental implant specialist, using 3D CBCT imaging.
IS IT RIGHT FOR YOU?
All-on-X can be a good fit if you are missing most of your teeth, have several failing teeth, or are tired of loose dentures. A 3D scan shows whether you have enough bone, and whether grafting is needed first.

What to Expect
We start with a consultation, a 3D CBCT scan and a digital plan for where each implant will go. On surgery day, the implants are placed and, in many cases, a temporary fixed arch is attached. After the implants heal and fuse with the bone, your final custom bridge is made and secured.
Common Questions
Quick answers to questions we hear often. See all FAQs
How many implants does All-on-X use?
Most arches use four to six implants. The exact number depends on your bone and bite, and we decide it from your 3D scan.
Is All-on-X removable?
No. The bridge is fixed to the implants and can only be removed by your dentist for checkups and cleaning.
Can I get All-on-X if I've been told I don't have enough bone?
Often, yes. Angled implants or bone grafting can make it possible. A consultation with a 3D scan will tell us your options.
