Implant-Supported Dentures
Dentures that snap onto implants so they stay secure while you eat, speak and laugh.
Implant-supported dentures (overdentures) attach to dental implants, so they don't slip or rub the way traditional dentures can. They give you a stronger bite and more confidence, and many patients can skip denture adhesive altogether.
IS IT RIGHT FOR YOU?
They are a good fit if you wear a denture that feels loose, if you are about to lose your remaining teeth, or if you want a more stable option at a lower cost than a full fixed arch.

What to Expect
After a consultation and 3D imaging, implants are placed and allowed to heal. Your denture is then fitted with attachments that click onto the implants. You remove it daily for cleaning.
Common Questions
Quick answers to questions we hear often. See all FAQs
Are implant dentures removable?
Yes, you can snap them out for cleaning. A fixed option, All-on-X, is also available.
Will I need adhesive?
Most patients don't, because the implants hold the denture in place.
Can implants be added to my current denture?
Sometimes. We'll check the fit and condition of your denture at your consultation.
